My chat service was all that could be expected. My first two initial attempts at contacting your company were dissappointing however. The 1st was a phone system that did not work for me. Press 2 for sales did nothing. The 2nd was filling out a sales inquiry ticket. filled it out with all my questions (took me a while) and then it failed at end because I was not signed in. But I could not sign in because it was my 1st visit. See? smiles So my time and effort were lost and waisted. My 3rd attempt got me the chat which was fine.
Another general point. I'm a novice using WordPress to layout pages. Everywhere I go in the tech field online is specific language that is used when YOU are marketing your services. But the novice, me, does not know what some of that language even means. You, like most engineers I've ever met, design from your own mindset rather than that of your customers; at least some of your customers like me. So you confuse me about understanding your services because too many things are assumed about my knowledge set vs your own. Your site marketing does not serve me as well as experts. I understand most of your clients probably are experts. But you and most others could do better by serving the novice better too. You should pay me for that advice. :-) or give me a free site. just kidding.
